Y Trampolîn
The Trampoline
1. Un diwrnod braf roedd Cyw yn edrych drwy’r ffenestr yn aros i rywbeth gyrraedd. Roedd hi wedi archebu rhywbeth i’r ardd. Doedd Cyw ddim wedi dweud wrth y lleill beth oedd hi wedi archebu. Roedd Bolgi’n torri ei fol eisiau gwybod. “Rho gliw i ni Cyw!” meddai.
1. One fine day Cyw was looking through the window waiting for something to arrive. She had ordered something for the garden. Cyw hadn't told the others what she had ordered. Bolgi wanted to know. "Give us a clue Cyw!" he said.
2. “Mae’n fawr,” meddai. Meddyliodd Bolgi am lithren fawr. “Na... nid llithren!” meddai Cyw.
2. “It's big,” she said. Bolgi thought of a big slide. “No... not a slide!” said Cyw.
“Mae’n las,” meddai. Meddyliodd Bolgi am bwll dŵr. “Na... nid pwll dŵr,” meddai Cyw.
"It's blue", she said. Bolgi thought of a pool of water. "No... not a pool of water," said Cyw.
3. “Mae’n siâp cylch,” meddai wedyn. Meddyliodd Bolgi am chwyrligwgan. “Na... nid chwyrligwgan,” meddai Cyw.
3. “It's shaped like a circle,” she then said. Bolgi thought of a merry-go-round. "No... not a merry-go-round," said Cyw.
“Mae’n hwyl,” meddai. Meddyliodd Bolgi am si-so. “Na... nid si-so,” meddai Cyw.
"It's fun," she said. Bolgi thought of a see-saw. "No... not a see-saw," said Cyw.
4. Yn sydyn, clywodd Cyw a Bolgi sŵn corn. Bîp! Bîp! Roedd yna lori wedi cyrraedd. Bagiodd y lori i’r ardd a dadlwytho’r sypreis. Rhedodd Bolgi a Cyw allan i weld.
4. Suddenly, Cyw and Bolgi heard the sound of a horn. Beep! Beep! A truck had arrived. He backed the truck into the garden and unloaded the surprise. Bolgi and Cyw ran out to see.
5. Doedd gan Bolgi ddim syniad beth oedd o. Roedd o’n fawr, yn las ac yn siâp cylch.
5. Bolgi had no idea what it was. It was big, blue and circular.
6. “Tyrd Bolgi,” meddai Cyw gan ddringo i ganol y cylch. Dilynodd Bolgi hi. “Beth nawr?” holodd gan edrych yn hurt arni.
6. "Come on Bolgi," said Cyw climbing into the middle of the circle. Bolgi followed her. "What now?" he asked looking at her with astonishment.
7. “Neidio a sboncio!!” meddai Cyw gan neidio i’r awyr. Wrth iddi lanio cafodd Bolgi ei daflu i’r awyr. “Trampolîn ydi o Bolgi!!” Doedd Bolgi erioed wedi gweld trampolîn o’r blaen. Roedd Cyw yn iawn, roedd yn fawr, yn las, yn gylch ac yn llawer iawn o hwyl!!
7. “Jump and bounce!!” said Cyw, jumping in the air. As she landed, Bolgi was thrown into the air. "It's a trampoline, Bolgi!!" Bolgi had never seen a trampoline before. Cyw was right, it was big, blue, round and a lot of fun!!

Firstly, mix the compost and flour in a bowl or bucket.

My name is Mali Haf Lockley and I'm two years old. I live in Lyngdal, a small city in Norway. I will start at the Barnehage (Norwegian Nursery School) in August this year. I'm really looking forward to it!

I usually get up at 7 o'clock in the morning.

Stand on one leg, bend the other knee and lift your foot to press on your other leg. Swing to the side before switching to the other side.

Yoga and mindfulness can be beneficial for children emotionally, mentally and physically in various ways. Here are some of them.

Then, Mei the.....passed by. "A-ha!" he said, this is my.....Thank you.....! Then, Gwen the.....passed by. She wasn't happy, the..... was too bright for her. "Take these..... " ...... said. "Thank you!" said Gwen putting them on. Only the..... was now left. Suddenly, ..... remembered.....that.....liked to collect shells. She took the......home to him. He was delighted! ......was happy. Even though the.......in the sand wasn't the usual kind, everything was someone's.......

Pour the yoghurt into a clear plastic cup.
Torra'r bisgedi siocled yn ddarnau mân a'u rhoi ar ben yr iogwrt.
Cut the chocolate biscuits into small pieces and put them on top of the yoghurt.
Addurna'r top gyda losin mwydod/da-da pry genwair.
Decorate the top with worm sweets.
